About Me…
Hi, my name is Alison & I have had Multiple Sclerosis since 2006, a “long hauler” as I refer to myself.
I have walked the walk & talked the talk, I have been through many many struggles, but introduce myself to you now as the strongest,healthiest most vibrant version of myself.
I want to share my knowledge,to share everything I have learnt through having a Psychology degree,being an accredited Life Coach, having a highly recognised nutrition qualification, but most importantly through having MS and totally changing and uplevelling my life, to the point where at 53, i feel so driven to empower other MS’ers to start kicking this conditions ass & take back control.
AND IT ALL STARTS WITH THE MIND!
This is a programme for those MS’ers who are ready to release themselves from “ MS Prison”, who want to release themselves from the fear, anxiety & uncertaintity that MS brings.
It is a group coaching programme, designed to help you experience inside out transformation, to get out of your own way & create a successful roadmap to “MS Freedom”
